Sean’s Place now delivers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)  through an innovative and therapeutic programme called Bazaar; which blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness to support men experiencing symptoms of mild to moderate depressions and anxiety . Delivered in our relaxed and informal setting or from the comfort of your home this programme removes any clinical barriers such as medical rooms or lengthy waiting lists to deliver an effective, modern form of support.

This 8 week programme is especially designed to help people change their behaviours and mindset, with practices that disrupts negative thinking patterns and enabling them to improve the way they are thinking, to cope better and improve their mental health.
