Due to the success of our cookery sessions we are delighted to have collaborated with our chef, James Capper, to create our very own Sean’s Place cook book. The cook book includes some of our favourite recipes from the sessions such as The Sean’s Place Scouse House, Dave’s Shepard’s Pie and Return of the Mac ‘n’ Cheese. Amongst the recipes are tips and tricks to ensure that our members can recreate the dishes we make in our face to face sessions, at home too. Our cookery sessions promote confidence in the kitchen as well as connecting each other through laughter, peer support and team work. We are delighted to be able to provide a cook book to each of our members to support them with cooking at home but also to announce that the cook book will shortly be available for sale on our website shortly, with all proceeds being reinvested into the cookery sessions to fund the cost of materials and ingredients in our weekly sessions.
