We are delighted to announce that from this Friday evening we are able to provide fitness classes for our members that will also incorporate elements of Thai Boxing thanks to our amazing coach Sunil from Team Elite.
This will be a huge asset to our timetable due to the benefits physical exercise can have to improve our mental health.
These classes can include cardio/ stretching/ Thai boxing/ weight lifting or use of the exercise equipment.
The class can be completely tailored to you and your needs, weather you are a complete beginner or need adaptations to suit your ability the session is accessible for all.
