6pm-8pm Mental Health Support Workshops


Each week we have guest speakers join us to deliver sessions that are designed to open conversations and provide techniques to support you with improving self esteem, building confidence, reducing anxiety and managing your mental well being.

.These sessions are relaxed and confidential, it is an opportunity to learn from others experiences but also to talk about your own journey and how it can help others.


 6.00pm- 8.00pm

Sean’s Place Fishing Club

Sean’s Place fishing club is the ultimate group for anyone interested in Angling or would like to give it a go.

Weekly sessions will cover rig making, fish specifications, bait mixing, techniques, fishing disciplines and most of all time to relax and  enjoy good conversations and learning a new skill.

Tea and coffee is provided.

Once per month on Saturdays, the fishing group will have the opportunity to visit Lady Green Fisheries and enjoy social days by the lake testing out their techniques in the beautiful surroundings of the grounds.





1.00pm – 2.30pm Relaxed Session

Sessions are relaxed and stripped back to ensure that those who need additional support can take part in art and cookery amongst other sessions in a carefully adapted and inclusive environment. The aim is to give those who need support with their mental health and wellbeing access to support in a way that is adapted to support those who require a relaxed, calm environent.

Coffee and Connect

Enjoy our chill out area and simply have a cup of tea and a chat.



Tuesday Evening

6pm – 7pm Guitar Sessions with Neil

Take part in our relaxed sessions and learn basic guitar skills and creative writing.


7pm -8pm Cookery Workshops

Get creative in the kitchen, learning techniques and bringing ideas and recipes together.


Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Available by appointment – please contact us for further details. This session is solution focused and can help with anger management, stress, smoking, anxiety plus much more.


7.30pm – 8.30pm Online Meditation Session


We have introduced this online session due to the success during the lockdown period, you can relax and unwind in the comfort of your own home whilst still interacting with others and taking part.


This session is a combination of gentle chair based movement with breathing techniques designed to help with sleep, anxiety and low mood. This session is delivered via Zoom, participants will be sent a link each week which will give access to the class. You do not need to have your camera switched on if this helps you to feel more comfortable however you will still be able to see some friendly recognisable faces on the screen so you still feel part of the group. 


7.00pm – 8.00pm Fitness and Thai

 We have teamed up with the fantastic Team Elite who are now delivering fitness sessions every Friday evening for Seans Place. 

These classess can include cardio/ stretching/ thai boxing/ weight lifting or use of the exercise equipment.

The class can be completeley tailored to you and your needs, wether you are a complete beginner or need adaptations to suit your ability the session is accessible for all.
